At KANE Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip.

Package Your Footwear

Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the shipping carton.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
